Hi,

I need a small clarification. When we are testing an IMS DC transaction using BTS; do the transaction alone will get executed? or the total program? that is if there is condition like after the successful execution of the transaction some data base needs to be updated will this be possible to check through BTS

All the programs under that transcation is considered as one Logical unit of work and will be executed.
If the program related to that transcation updates DB then it should update DB.
In the BTS setup there is a control card parameter you can change this to display all the IMS calls and SSA values that were executed.
