I have encountered B37 Abend. That is bz of insufficient secondary space.
How to increase the secondary space.
can we change the space parameter thru jcl to increase the space allocated intially to the dataset

Yes. You can increase the secondary space.If you are still not able to counter the space abend then you can increase the primary space and Use RLSE unless you are sure about the amount of space that is to be allocated for a dataset.
SPACE=(TRK, (5,1), RLSE)
Using RLSE is highly recommended for datasets not intended for future expansions. |
