It's a long time since I played with this, but I think that you will find that you need access to the PANVALET panels to browse PANVALET members.
So if you don't have this option available under TSO then maybe you are not authorised to use PANVALET. But then there is also the physical access to the libraries via RACF, ACF2, etc. etc.
This sounds like a job for your manager to arrange your security clearance. |

Thank for the immediate reply. Actually I thought of giving a trial to access PANVALET library using REXX but It seems to be I have to talk to my manager as you said.

Sir/Madam,
We have the access to view the members using PANVALET Menu option. We tried coding in REXX using LISTDSI but we are getting an error message "MENTIONED PANVALET LIBRARY IS NOT A PDS". Please let us know what command has to be used to browse the PANVALET members through REXX.
Thank you. |

OK, so you have access via the product supplied services, so why do you need to use anything else ?
There are probably PANVALET utilities to do what you want to do without having to write your own afresh. What is it that you need / want to do ? |
