*JOB DESCRIPTION **Lead Analyst*
4-6 years overall IT experience with at least 2 years in requirements
analysis and design roles
* Strong IBM Mainframe background with project experience using CICS,DB2,
COBOL,JCL and associated toolsets
* Proven track record in delivery, implementation and post-implementation
support
* Process adherence and optimization along with experience in a CMM /ISO
environment would be an added advantage
* Consulting background, good corporate pedigree & educational
qualifications
* Good communication (verbal, reporting)
*System Analyst*
* 2-4 years IBM Mainframe development experience
* Strong skills in IBM Mainframe CICS, DB2, COBOL,JCL and associated
toolsets
* Proven track record in delivering development, maintenance and production
support activities
* Process awareness and adherence. Experience in a CMM and ISO Environment
is an added advantage.
* Good Communication (verbal, written)
