How to find the number of time a particular job is submitted from Control-M? If it is submitted for the fifth time I must be able to get the value as '5' from Control-M. Is there any parameter which indicates the RUNTIME from the Control-M? If it is there how to read that value from Control-M?

Hello,

Are you required to find your answer in Control-M or may you use any resource?

If you may use another resource, you will be able to find how many times and at what time a job was submitted from the SMF records.

It is quite possible that there is already something in place to to do what you need. I'd suggest that you talk with your scheduling, operations, or system programming people to see what might already exist.
