| how can we resolve the error U4038. i got this error while using sequential file ESDS. |

Hi
i think abend U4038 is if program is going in loop means
if you reading the file without giving the end condition for the file or
if not given the stop run in the program. |

srilatha, please provide us with more information so we can help you out. You must have received more than just the U4038 (like a reason code).
