Abend when calling A Program triggered from CICS screen

Hi,

Im executing a CICS program triggered from CICS screen.
The program accesses DB2.
When i call a sub program in XP, the program is abending with
message COND DEPTHLMT EXCEEDED on the screen in XP.
We are passing data with 'USING' phrase.

Please suggest how do i resolve this abend.

What is "XP"?

Hi,

Where do i look for DFH message. XP is XPeditor... Sorry that was our shop's shortcut.

It is displayed along with the message itself like below. From the DFH id you can decipher the cause of the abend.

"DFHSM0102 applid A storage violation (code X'code') has been detected by module modname."
