hi all,

Using DVAN tool, we can view IMS data but only if we know the database name,
now suppose we have segment name and all other details like key etc.
but we don't hav database name , is it possible in any way to view the database names who all hav that perticular 'segment'.

if not in DVAN then can we do this using ne other tool like 'file aid ims'
etc.

thnx in advance

bye...

I would search the segment name in the DBD-sourcelibrary so you may find the corresponding databasenames.
