2. Experience with IBM mainframe and utilities
3. JCL, CLIST, and SAR experience
4. Debugging skills to include C debugger usage/experience
5. Unit testing skills
6. Clear and concise communicator
7. Strong analysis skills even if they may initially be just coding from detail designs provided by Inovant
8. Experience with OO technology and Rational Tool sets
9. Five plus years proven experience in the above skills
10. Valid passport
11. Willing to travel USA for 3-6 months after the joining
12.Willing to re-locate to Calcutta
