Identifying the reason for Corrupted load module

Hi All,
My load got Corrupted could any one let me know the reason of getting load Corrupted But no one has opened the member in edit mode.

Please help me in identifying the reason of getting the load Corrupted..

waiting for valuable suggestions..

Dick,

The first thing I thought of was somebody stored a (not a load module) member in the PDS......BTDT....grin...That's why I was looking for the current atributes of the PDS.
