To recover deleted PDS member

Hi,
Please help me in the following.

1. Can any body let me know how to recover a PDS member, which i deleted unknowingly, it was created through production batch cycle and so i cannot re-run the same to create it again.

2. Have copied a report member of 133 bytes in to 80 byte PDS member and so the data got truncated, can any body help me in retrieving the original 133byte format report.
