iam getting the above error related to IMS transaction. I have pasted the joblog from slave dataset for your reference

what should I do this to rectify this error ?. i dont have any prior experience in IMS but as part of support I have to analyse this, so Please provide your valuable analysis. This error occurs once in a while that too when IMS utility is very high.
Sometimes I get an abend 13E for the same transaction
