Migrating VSAM File to tape from PDS

hi this question was faced in ibm interview?

i hav two files.
one is input file and it is a vsam file and it is migrated.
migrated means the file we are not using for so many days. at that time the file is moved to tape from pds.
and the out put file is flat file that means sequential file.
now my question is i m copying the data from input file to output file.
i m using repro command.
now if it executes successully?
if yes what is the reason?
if not what is the reason and what is the jcl error?
