Replace spaces with Low values..

Please let me know how can I replace the Spaces of my VSAM file with low-values with the help of SORT.

Ex-
If a rec of my file is 'ABCD 10 ZXC '

Position for speces is not fixed.

This is the opposite direction:
To replace low values by spaces using ICETOOL
but the (0040) would be (4000) or do you really want (40F0)?
