I'd like to know what the code should be added in the JCL when you compile a COBOL program and want to debug it using Xpeditor? I knew you have to create the DDIO file for the program before you can debug it. |

Slow down, you are near earning the wrath of the forum gods
Do you have the JCL to compile a COBOL program?
Do you have any Xpeditor documentation?
did you look at the "Sample Compile & Run JCLs " "sticky" in the JCL forum?
Answers do not always come on demand, in your location, "should" anybody already have this knowledge? |

The answer is yes. I do have a JCL to compile a program and I found in the net some or basic documents for Xpeditor.
What I'm asking if anyone knows what I should add in the JCL card to generate the DDIO dataset which is the symbolic file from the COBOL program then I can debug it on Xpeditor.
Any Help!!!!!!!!! |
