HELP needed in email with attachments through jcl

Hello
i try to send a report file (dataset) as attachment to a email ID. But when i execute i get the contents as the body of the mail and not as an attachment.could you help me to resolve the same. the parameter that i used is like below

mail from:<abc@xyz.com>
Rcpt to:<bcd@xyz.com>
data
from:<abc@xyz.com>
to:<bcd@xyz.com>
Subject: Test Mail with attachemnts
