how to filter invalid data fields

Hi,

I have a ibm flat file with corresponding copybook,iam trying to open in browse mode.My requiremnet is to filter out all invalid fileds

Hi There,

One way to do it through file manager or file aid all the invalid field will
have *** . U can remove that .But its cumbersome method.

You may probably need to define first "What is an invalid field?" as per your requirements.

Filtering should not be a problem afterwards.
