Hi All,
Need Small Help Pertaning to Time Stamp Error.

1) Want to know under what conditions & at what Point Time Stap Error
Comes. OR what are the reasons which cause TimeStamp Error.

2) Difference between Bind & Rebind.

1.
a. using the old plan and new load module
so bind once again to avoid
b. using new plan and old load module
add step lib with new location of load module

2. bind will find access path
rebind do the samething but
if any new indexes created or droped will affect in rebind.
