how to find Referential integrity with in database

Hi,

I would like to how, how to findout complete referential intergrity thorough SPUFI. I don't have access to third party tools like CA Platinum.
Can you give a list of Referential Integrity with one database having multiple tablespaces and it should not be repeated more than one.

use this table SYSIBM.SYSRELS
relations and on delete restrictions
