how to pass return-code in batch DB2 program through JCL, when I force return-code to 2, JCL still returns 0.

move 2 to return-code in a program

this is a system variable
01 RETURN-CODE GLOBAL PICTURE S9(4) USAGE BINARY VALUE ZERO
