when you receive map you will get values in your symbolic map like filed'I'. when you send you use field'O'. This area is different from actual map area. if you need this area give yes. no means you use the map area directly in your program. which is pobsible in assembler.
Whats the necessity of giving TIOAPFX=yes.
If we wont give whats the impact . i dont have access to cics please any one reply.
TIOAPFX=no what will happen ????????

specifies whether BMS should include a filler in the symbolic description maps to allow for the unused TIOA prefix. This operand overrides the TIOAPFX operand specified for the DFHMSD macro.
specifies that the filler should be included in the symbolic description maps. If TIOAPFX=YES is specified, all maps within the mapset have the filler. TIOAPFX=YES should always be used for command-level application programs.
is the default and specifies that the filler is not to be included.
