Delete An Orphaned VSAM Entry

I have VSAM files listed on my database and they're listed as being on a volume but the volume doesn't exist. I ran IDCAMS to delete the entry but returned a code 8. Is there a way to delete these entries ?

Try using IDCAMS ALTER option to alter the VOLUMES..
