I tried searching for a detail explanation of how the POINT statement works, but all efforts in vain.
When a program execute a POINT, the file pointer is position to the next available record or EOF (depending on how the statement is structured).
If the program issues another POINT with a new key, does EZTP restart the seach from the top of the file, or from the last position ? |
