for commit we have only ROLLBACK.. There is noting like recommit or decommit...

What exactly you are looking for when you search RECOMMIT or DECOMMIT.

There is no need of RE- Commiting. COMMIT should do.
DECOMMIT...Cant...Once COMMITed....Its done.

yeah, there are terms DECOMMIT and RECOMMIT, but they are not in DB2 but used in memory management.
