How to use PURSE COMMAND in TSO

Hi ,

Can any one tell suggest me how to use PURSE in TSO and what is the use of that one.Some body told we can purse one user with another user .
Is it correct ?

Hi,

Ya, Ofcourse you can purge the user if you have rights to do that. By just entering to the spool area(SDSF) and find the active users.. give P infront of the user then automatically the user will be disconnected at the terminal.

you can also purge output of the jobs from SDSF.
