Hi all,
Cud anyone tell me the difference between External Clause and Global clause in cobol.In what scenarios these two will be used. which is the recommended and oftenly used..

5.2.3 GLOBAL clause

5.3.7 EXTERNAL clause

5.2.2 EXTERNAL clause
