Inconsistant result

Hi

I was wondering if someone can help me out I trying to to a change on PDF file but the result are not coming out has expected sometime it does some it doesn't(I have try manually and batch and received the same result).

You will fin attached :
1 manual input (named untitled.bmp)
2 expected result (exp.bmp)
3 unexpected result (or partial result) unexp.bmp

Any help would be appreciated thanks

Disregard this request I found my answer in an another forum and the answer was to change the replace by the edit for a batch job:

Try the EDIT parm instead of REPL. It has the same syntax but shifts all the data to the right when you change something smaller to something larger in the middle of a record:

$$DD01 COPY EDIT=(1,72,C'April 2006',C'October 2006')
