Hi folks,

i just read the Planing CICS document for the: Defining links for use by the external CICS interface, it said :
Quote:
This section describes how to define connections for use by non-CICSĀ® programs using the external CICS interface (EXCI) to link to CICS server programs. The definitions required are similar to those needed for MRO links between CICS systems. Each connection requires a CONNECTION and a SESSIONS definition.

but in our system i just can find the define resource in group for only Connection. there are no sessions for this connection. but we do can call the CICS program from TSO enviorment based on batch jobs.

why ?
