Could any one suggest me the approach to update from Micro Focus COBOL 2.2 to 5.1. Tools needed and all. |

Note the spelling of Micro Focus. I know they are keen on you getting it right :-)
Of course, their website is Use [URL] BBCode for External Links, with various ways to obtain support.
I'm surprised that if you are purchasing the upgrade, no-one thought to ask Micro Focus what was needed beforehand. They'll be more than happy to help. You pay for "support" after all, so it is a good thing to use it when you need it. |

Back about a decade ago, when I was looking for a new job after a prolonged illness had cost me my last one, I saw an ad for an expert in Micro Ficus COBOL. A vision of trying to program a row of bonsai came irresistibly to me... |
