This is a very good site for Mainframebr.I had not learned english since 5 years ago.and I'm not sure i understand all rules here.so i am afraid when i will be warned and be banned.  |

Hello and welcome to the froum,
No one has been banned/warned for not being a native English speaker
The things that cause problems is when a bad attitude is detected or there are attacks on members/moderators.
When there are language problems, we can work thru them

Thanks for your kindly reply.I know if i want to be a good engineer.i shoud improve my english now.becasue most of the usefull resources are written in english.  |

Yes, English is pretty much a Global Language. We’ve 220+ local languages and dialects here in India and many times, in our own country, we speak in English to communicate!
Even in Indian office premises - I end-up communicating in English at least 90% of the time.
