Need to delete Swa id and all traces of it from the BVMF and RCNF database using PLI IDMS program. Any idea how to go about it?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Why does someone believe these need to be removed?

Suggest you open an issue with CA Support to learn if this should be done and if so, how to do it.

Well its a part of a clean up program required to clean up all the Swas that had been created during the construction of the entire job flow but are not required at the end of it.
Besides i can hardly find people who know PL/I IDMS programmming because it is quite obsolete now. So its kind of a little difficult

Hello,

Well, i "do" neither pl/i nor idms, but if this is an idms question, the language shouldn't matter.

IDMS is far from obsolete. . . Just ask the organizations whose entire database world is IDMS. . . icon_smile.gif

CA Support will know the answer to your question.
