Hi all,
I am getting the below mentioned issue :
20.05.28 STC19723 +IDMS DC200019 V40 T33323 21666 2469730 111 LOC AIRD0400 IICSB300 RO I H 2010-07-19-13.13.58.1908
I brought the CV down with a SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE and had QOLI40DN forced complete.
Please let me know what could be the reason behind the onlines hanging up from the above information and preventing CV down job, QOLI40DN from completing normally ?
I checked the dump for IDMP40CV as well but it just display pgm=ADSOMAIN abended due to code shut. Any idea as to what this means ?

From this i feel like one of the IDMS record which the Program/Dialog was trying to access either was Busy or you tried to update it but ready it in Retrieval mode.
Its just my Guess as off now
If you can provide us some more details. we can sort it off |

Hi Sudhar,
Actually when we tried to bring down the CV 40 by executing the CV down job, QOLI40DN. The CV did not respond. So this job had to be
forced completed.
Was curious to know or to find out what was holding up the CV at that time due to which it was not responding to the down job.
tried to study the corresponding ADSO dump but was not able to infer anything substantial from it.
Please find the dump below and do let me know if you can dedude anything from it which probably might have caused the CV hang up.
