Hi,

I have created a new record in IDD and attached it to a Subschema.

i am able to see the record in OLQ/DMLO under that subschema in retrival/update modes.

when i compile the batch program it gives me the same Bind (1408) error. i tried the compilation with setting the option ONLINE IDD = 'Y'.

i got the program compiled successfully.

but once again when this program gets invoked from the screen thru an spawn JCL, its giving the same abort 1408.

please suggest or help me.

The error is coming because of binding problem.
Please try to contact the DBA to know how the new record is attached to the subschema.

How you have attached the new record to the subschema?
