if your site have EZEDIT usage, you can do it with one command of your requirement.

If you want to copy only one member, then you can browse and use the commands like "C99999" line command and create it in the target dataset with your specified name. (good if only for one/two modules)

if you want to do more modules use rexx to do, or copy command might do

Don't know what you mean "without using a JCL", since JCL can't do anything except allocating datasets and running programs.

If you want to copy PDS members programmatically, you can use either
- The ISPF LMMCOPY service
- The TSO COPY command
- The IEBCOPY utility

Muruga.

No need to use any utilities and all.
Just use 3.3 option on the command promt.
it will take you to the further steps.

So why did you say that you wanted to use REXX in batch if you want to use foreground ?

Unless there is some REXX requirement, maybe tso/ispf 3.3?
