This is the interview question..
Why we r using sequential file as a input file and VSAM as a output file....
Please clarify my doubt.....

that is what i am also asking you why we have to do so????

can't we use non-sequential file as input file or is it necessary that a VSAM file be always a output file???

Pls give the question clearly so that we can give a answer for that...
