Hi

I need your help in getting the syntax for the following.

I have a copybook which has field definations. When I am using the copy book in one of the programs I want that to change all Level 01 to 05; Level 05 to Level 10; Level 10 to Level 15 for this particular program using the COPY statement. Please note that it should change the above strings (01, 05, 10 etc) at any where else in the program execept for level numbers.

Why do you want to do it using "COPY" command? Any specific reason.

I gues you can write a small Cobol program or earl script for it , if the level number is starting in the specific column.
