what is mean of 'system from the scartch'?
where will be use in our project ?

For us to be able to provide a useful answer, we will need to understand the question.

Was it by chance something to do with "creating a new system from scratch"? If so, this refers to starting on a completely new system (rather than making enhancements to an existing system).
