Once upon a time...

a man decided ti try to fly a "hot air" balloon,

everything was going in the best way,
when suddenly the burner stopped functioning and
the balloon after an adventurous descent fell on a tree,

a man was standing by
and....

balloon traveler :
...where am I

man:
... You are on a balloon
... 16 and a half feet from the ground
... on the top of an apple tree....

balloon traveler :
... may I suppose that You are an IBM support call center employee ?

man :
... You are right ! How did You guess ??

balloon traveler :
... the answer You gave me is....
... technically correct but...
... completely useless

man :
... may I suppose that You are an IBM high rank manager ?

balloon traveler :
... You are right ! How did You guess ??

man :
... WELL !!!
... You are in deep shit
... You do not know how you got there
... You do not know how to get out of it
... AND YOU BLAME SOMEBODY ELSE FOR IT !!!
