CICS Storage Control Program(SCP) controls requests for main stoage by application program. There are 2 commands available : GETMAIN and FREEMAIN.
GETMAIN is used to obtain free amount of storage and FREEMAIN is used to freed the amount of storage.
Please refer to any elementary CICS handbook for examples and codes.
