Hi Guys,
My Mainframe Printer is Printing with a Different Font size from 2 Days.
Because of this, The reports do not fit in the page and causing inconvenience to the users.

I tried to adjust the Font in the printer to 8 ( default is 10), But the actual output is still Bigger than the initial.

Hope there should be some way how to set the font of the Mainframe reports,

Could any one let me know how to do it?
Is it to be done by the Mainframe support people ? any thing related to the Queue?

TIA
Jayaram

Jayaram,

You have to change the font from the mainframe side.

Probably the font details should have been stored in the mainframe database or in some datasets.

printing thru mf differs from one system to the other. There is no common method adopted to change the font as we do it in printer side, generally.

So better check the flow of the batch jobs or online pgm that performs printing at the user end.

get back to me in case of queries.
