NO , its not possible.

Thats why the concept cursor is...

You can use SPUFI or QMF to retrieve multiple rows without Cursor (Joke?)

It's not possible, because COBOL is "RECORD AT A TIME" Language.

It is not possible.If u r trying u get -811 error.
