Can anyone confirm whether the BLKSIZE value in DCB in the JCL will override the BLKSIZE value in the ENV Option in a PL/I program, where they differ? I can't seem to see this stated anywhere in the manuals, and testing is inconclusive.

I think the BLKSIZE specified in the JCL will override the parameter in PL/1 as Declaration in jCL will be given the highest priority.
