Hi I am very new to IBM Mainframe. Therefore I need Experts valuable suggestions to improve my skills in Mainframe Background. Please let me know what are all the topics to be covered in Mainframe and the most essential part of learning areas...

Dear,
As a beginner, you can learn MVS, COBOL, ISPF, JCL, CICS, DB2 Languages and then continue with REXX, PL/I, IMS or IDMS, FILEAID, XPEDITOR etc..
Try to learn yourself by downloading the free materials available in our site.
