Required Technical Skills:Languages Platforms (mainframe, PC, client/server, etc.) Mainframe TP Monitor/Batch DBMS/file types Tools (testing, development, etc.)Essential Skills : COBOL, PL/1, SAS, Focus, Easytrieve, REXX, Reflections Basic IBM OS/390 Mainframe, MVS OS CICS, JCL, MANTIS/TSO, Batch VSAM, DB2, Sequential, Access, Flat Files, SAS, Teradata Intertest, Install/1, File Aid for DB2, Endevor (Source code management), ZEKE, Control-M (scheduling), Microfocus workbench? Strong people management skills? Strong project management practices like (Scope management, estimation, scheduling and tracking, release management etc)? Excellent communication skills?
