hi
my question is
q1.In how many different ways we can pass data from JCL to COBOL program?
I have some answer
One way is to use PARM , another way is through SYSIN DD *

Is there any method other then this?

Why limit it to SYSIN? Any file will serve the same purpose.

There's also something called UPSI Switches.
