HI,
I'm working as a Production analyst , have 3 years of mainframe experience. I want to become a DB2DBA. Please guide me as to what are the necessary certifications i need to take and what are the pre-requisites.

Also suggest me how to go about it and the books to follow....

I'm in a dilemma as to what to do to achieve my dream. Please guide me...
