Hello Neha,
What are you exactly trying to do?
If you have changed the system default settings such as storage management, internal tracing, dispatching, and other system-service functions then you do need to work with the IMS Connect BPE.
If you are just trying to bring up the IMS invironment then IMS Connect BPE is not req.
If you are facing problems then let us know...
