it looks like it is not very urgent...
if You can afford to wait for a forum answer...
replying is based ..
on voluntary effort
on time availability
knowledge
posting style of the TS

- usually questions claiming urgency and whose answer is at a click distance
get a very low consideration and benevolence factor by responders

did you care to search the net with ( for example )
"IMS command to change a transaction class"

or look at the relevant IMS manuals
IMS Command reference for example

Hi ,
The problem is actually like this.... I was using tracemaster for debugging the transaction..then the transaction class went to another class(42)... I had to put the transaction into the actual class..(07)..I searched everywhere possible for me ..but couldnt catch the exact one...I remember it is something starting with /ASS Tran ....

Please help me out of this....

Hi Sinkaravelan,

Thanks for your help,
I think this is the one used for assigning the class to the predefined regions for perticular applications as per the installation

But i am looking for to change the an existing class for a IMS DC program from one class to another,

Can you please give a solution for this,

thanks in advance,

Shabir

Someday this will be helpful...
In IMS V10, there is an UPDATE TRAN command to do what you want.
