Do you mean in TSO 3.2 ???

Then yes, customize the variables, panel ISRUAASE, set them to your default.

Assuming you are somewhere in TSO,
display first the dataset information for an existing dataset,
then when you allocate a new dataset, the previously displayed info will be used as default.

There is no TSO 3.2. You probably mean ISPF 3.2.

Please read the sticky post about TSO, ISPF and keeping them straight.

Ask you storage guys ro create data class for you.Tell them about characterics of you dataset (Parameters you mentioned). Then in JCL you add DC paramter and then you can ommit parameters specified in Data Class, but you can of course overide these parameters (contained in DC) by specifing them in JCL statement in usual way

I hope it is helpfull
