Whenever I create a dataset, PACK ON mode is set by default. Due to this I face lots of problems.

I want to set it PACK OFF.

Please let me know how to do it.

PACK option changes with the data. You cannot lock it off. When editing and the profile changes to PACK ON you'll need to set it to OFF.
